I am a protein snack junky also and enjoy your website. I recently bought a Zoku from William sonoma. It is a popsicle maker. Now I can freeze a liquid protein drink into mini popsicle about 10 minutes. A frozen pop is eaten more slowly and gives me a sensation of having a sweet snack. If the protein drink contains much artificial sugar then the pop doesn't come out of the container, but otherwise it is good.

Another absolutely delicious treat is contest brownie mix from Parrillo Performance. One capful with water and a little oil for 30 seconds in the microwave makes a brownie that it gooey and healthy. It has about 4 grams of protein, 30 calories, no fat and 3 carbs (no sugar). They also have cookie mixes with about the same protein cotent.

Hope your readers enjoy these suggestions.
