The mix should be a little on the dry side. It won't look like a normal muffin batter. And about the tins... I should have been clearer. I'm using the smaller muffin tins, not the "standard" size.

So i just tried this and i had to add a lot more water...it was weird...and I ended up with a lot of wet mix when i added it all together...so is it 1/3 cup for 12 cakes or 1/3 cup per muffin....becuase when i did 1/3 cup per 12 muffins,...there was like nothing in there. they're cooking right now...so hopefuly i did them right. Please answer me, cuz im freaking out about the calorie count haha
thanks!

You can use any of the clear dissolving supplements, like Benefiber. Personally, I chose <a href="http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?CATID=100101&navAction=jump&navCount=0&id=prod2630256" rel="nofollow">Walgreen's store brand</a> because it has more fiber and less calories!!
