Hey, I love this salad too. I usually buy a few to have for the week as a snack! I've also tried upping the protein content and giving myself a little crunch to it with out adding chips or something. So I've been adding dry roasted edamame (seapoint farms), I got it off of amazon, and I've been flying through it. One full container of either the chive or the ranchero (sorry no feta one I'm lactose free) and a half a serving of the edamame on top crushed up and its the most delicious snack at 165 calorlies..... I'm a happy eater!
