The Best Turkey Burgers EVER

Filed under: Low Carb Recipes, Recipes

I eat a lot of turkey burgers. Not because I particularly love them…. Frankly, I’d rather have a nice juicy hamburger. But, alas, I must watch my girlish figure.
When I got the latest issue of Cooking light, I was tantalized by their “Secrets of Juicy Healthy Burgers” headline. One of the recipes was for a [...]

Baby Bella’s Stuffed with Spinach, Bacon, and Blue Cheese

Yum! That’s all I have to say. Ok, maybe I do have a few more words in me this morning. Homemade Fiber Cakes ala Zen Bakery

Smart Snacker Raspberry Fiber Cakes

Cauliflower Stuffed Portobella Mushrooms

Filed under: Low Carb Recipes, Recipes

I don’t know where it came from, but when I was at the store last night I got the idea to stuff portobella mushroom caps with a pureed cauliflower mixture.  And WOW. It was fantastic. Best of all, it’s not only low calorie, but also low carb, and high protein.
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
12 medium portobella mushroom [...]
